If you follow sports and fitness, you must have heard the word “core strength”. Core strength is aimed at the lower abdominal muscles and muscles of your spine and muscles are important in helping maintain stable posture, and body for balance. As we have seen the Pilates Method can be applied to complete another set of disciplines and is also beneficial for those who practice dancing. Given that the dance requires the dancer and a full-time effort to overcome the difficulties that can arise in practice, Pilates is a tool they can use to learn how it moves every muscle in your body helping to prevent injury.
