Freeing Children from Obesity

Do not think you can not eliminate obesity from your child’s body. Make a right way by not forcing your child to a strict diet. Slowly obesity in your child’s body would be reduced. Steps you can do is as follows:
1. Food Watch Your Children
Reduce consumption of fast food, packaged snacks, soft drinks, foods that are too sweet and high fat. Expand consuming fruits and milk. You can serve fresh meat and vegetables but in large enough portions.
2. Give Your Child Breakfast and Bring Food Home
Breakfast is needed so that children can be strong when on the move in schools and prevent overeating later. By bringing lunch from home, children do not need to shop outside so you can control your child’s nutrition.
3. Never Too Often Frying Food
This causes the more fat you eat. You can steam, boil or bake foods to healthier foods.

4. Give Children Eating Rules
Get used to your child to eat a meal at the dinner table so he can control a lot of foods that have been eaten.

5. Child Time Limit
Give a time limit on the children if they want to play games, watch television or play online cause it makes your child to be lazy. Instead, take your child cycling, playing ball or just a jump rope so that his body moves.
6. Do Physical Activity
Plan a joint sports activities such as jogging, running, swimming, badminton or other sports or maybe a vacation together on the beach, the zoo or the park so that you and your child can walk more.

Remember, obesity is not a good thing for a child. Take care of your sons and daughters to grow up healthy with a healthy diet. Their health is our responsibility.
