Carbohydrates Trigger Obesity. Really?

Currently undergoing a lot of women avoid carbohydrate diet to lose weight rapidly shrinking. This is because there is a presumption that states carbohydrates causes obesity for many people. Really?

In fact, carbohydrates are a source of energy for all body cells. If we over-consume carbohydrates, excess carbohydrate was modified by the liver into muscle glycogen or sugar.

Unfortunately, our muscles can only store small amounts of glycogen. These muscles also cannot borrow from the glycogen deposits of other areas of the body if the drawback, or divided if the excess. Consequently, the circumference of the arm, abdomen, hips, and thighs can become larger.

However, it does not mean carbohydrate avoided altogether. Check out six important reasons carbohydrates need to continue to be included in your diet:

1. Improve mood
Carbohydrates can increase the production of serotonin, a brain chemical that gives a positive mood. With the proper intake of carbohydrates, their effect can reduce depression, anxiety and anger.

2. Avoid weight gain
Women who increase the amount of fiber intake generally experience weight loss and it is one of the carbohydrate foods that contain fiber.

3. Good for the heart
Increased intake of fiber found in carbohydrate-rich foods such as oatmeal, brown rice and whole grains can be heart healthy. Eating oatmeal every day can lower LDL cholesterol. All you need to know high LDL cholesterol in the body can trigger heart disease.

4. ‘Clipping’ waist size
Consumption of foods containing carbohydrates, like brown rice, oats, and whole grains can help you scrape the complex body fat.

5. Sharpen Memory
Adequate carbohydrate intake is very beneficial for brain health because carbohydrates can improve memory or can sharpen memory.

6. Burn more fat
Eating a breakfast of oatmeal or cereal, three hours before exercise may burn fatter. Blood sugar resulting from the oatmeal or cereal is not as high as refined carbohydrates like white bread or pasta. In turn, increased levels of insulin reduce the blood sugar, can help the body burn more calories.
