Pilates and Dance

As we have seen the Pilates Method can be applied to complete another set of disciplines and is also beneficial for those who practice dancing. Given that the dance requires the dancer and a full-time effort to overcome the difficulties that can arise in practice, Pilates is a tool they can use to learn how it moves every muscle in your body helping to prevent injury.
